This Refund & Billing Policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there. It explains how billing works and our refund practices for Deelio subscriptions and credits.
Every AI analysis, report, deal verdict, STR/Airbnb or fix-and-flip analysis, listing import, and Deelio Advisor message consumes credits and triggers real, irreversible third-party compute costs at the moment it runs, including amounts we pay to our AI provider for the tokens used. For that reason:
Before running a feature, the Service shows an estimate of the credits it will use so you can decide whether to proceed.
Starting the 7-day free trial requires a valid payment method. If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial ends, your Starter subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged $39.99/month (the then-current Starter fee). To avoid charges, cancel before the 7-day trial period ends. Charges incurred after a trial converts are subject to this Policy.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. We will provide renewal and price-change notices as required by applicable law. Monthly credits are allotted each cycle and, unless your plan states otherwise, do not roll over and expire at the end of the cycle.
Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases that are non-refundable and subject to the same rules as above. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Fair use. Credits are an estimate of the AI processing cost of each analysis. Each plan includes a fair-use allowance based on the actual AI cost it covers per billing period. If your real AI usage reaches that allowance, your remaining credits may be paused or set to zero until your next renewal (or until you add a credit pack) — occasionally before your on-screen balance reaches zero. This keeps pricing sustainable and prevents abuse. See the full Fair Use & Credits terms for details.
You may cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing info@askdeelio.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid access until then. Cancellation does not refund fees already paid or credits already used.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade access and retry the charge; you remain responsible for amounts owed. Fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility except taxes on our net income.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@askdeelio.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate in good faith. Approved corrections of genuine billing errors are not “refunds” under Section 1.
I still had credits — why did they run out?
Credits estimate the AI cost of each analysis. To keep pricing sustainable, each plan has a fair-use limit based on actual AI usage per billing period. If your real usage reaches that limit, credits pause until your next renewal or until you add a credit pack — occasionally before the on-screen balance hits zero.
How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of credits, and all tools draw from the same pool. A deal analysis uses up to 10 credits, a Fix & Flip up to 6, and an Airbnb/STR report up to 4. The app shows the estimated cost before you run anything; if you pre-fill some numbers, fewer AI lookups fire and you get more runs.
Do you offer refunds?
AI analyses you’ve already run aren’t refundable, since each one triggers paid AI processing the moment it runs (see Sections 1–2). You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.
