This Refund & Billing Policy supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there. It explains how billing works and our refund practices for Deelio subscriptions and credits.
Every AI analysis, report, deal verdict, STR/Airbnb or fix-and-flip analysis, listing import, and Deelio Advisor message consumes credits and triggers real, irreversible third-party compute costs at the moment it runs, including amounts we pay to our AI provider for the tokens used. For that reason:
Before running a feature, the Service shows an estimate of the credits it will use so you can decide whether to proceed.
If we offer a free trial, a valid payment method may be required to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the then-current plan fee. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial period ends. Charges incurred after a trial converts are subject to this Policy.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically (monthly or annually) at the then-current price until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. We will provide renewal and price-change notices as required by applicable law. Monthly credits are allotted each cycle and, unless your plan states otherwise, do not roll over and expire at the end of the cycle.
Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases that are non-refundable and subject to the same rules as above. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
You may cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing support@askdeelio.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid access until then. Cancellation does not refund fees already paid or credits already used.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade access and retry the charge; you remain responsible for amounts owed. Fees exclude taxes, which are your responsibility except taxes on our net income.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@askdeelio.ai within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate in good faith. Approved corrections of genuine billing errors are not “refunds” under Section 1.
