This Privacy Policy explains how Deelio, Inc. (“Deelio,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Deelio websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). It is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
Where required, our legal bases for processing include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Service, security, fraud prevention), your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers (“subprocessors”) that help us run the Service, under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards:

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period as required to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion as described below.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@askdeelio.ai. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the rights described above, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information as commonly understood. To submit a request, contact privacy@askdeelio.ai. You may use an authorized agent.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the rights above and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. International transfers of your data (e.g., to the U.S.) are made under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
We use essential cookies for authentication and security and may use analytics/preference cookies. You can manage cookies via your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may impair the Service. If we use non-essential cookies in your jurisdiction, we will request consent where required.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Service may link to third-party sites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
